Source is Amazon's Promotions API, swept every hour: deals only.
Prime Exclusive Discounts, coupons and Buy-X-Get-Y are not in this feed — “not running”
means no deal, not that nothing is discounted. Amazon's hourly feed does not say
whether a deal is a Best Deal or a Lightning Deal; that comes from its daily report, which
runs a few days behind, so a deal that just started shows as Deal until the report
names it.
